Our manufacturing facilities utilizes the latest industry techniques and equipment such as Arc and TIG welding machines to carry out Corrosion Resistant Alloy (CRA) and Hard Facing Overlays in an established controlled environment. We do have welding positioners and special purpose machines for highly consistent overlays.

UTAM has a well-established record of strictly adhering to the Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) & Process Qualification Records (PQR). This along with a team of highly skilled and experienced welders ensures high quality joining and overlays in a wide variety of Nickel / Chrome alloys, Stellite and other Hard Facing / Corrosion Resistant alloys.
